RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or refunds of exchanges on our earrings or products. However if one breaks due to flaw in design (after inspection from proof of photos) we will send a replacement if its with in two weeks of purchase date of the item.
If product breaks in shipment we will send a replacement at that time. Photo proof must be provided, showing what the situation is at the time.
If you have given the wrong mailing address there is not much we can do to resend items or refund you in this situation. It is up to you to give us the correct mailing (shipping information) to reach your required destination of your purchase and our products.
