How do I care for my Polymer Clay Earrings? Keep them stored in a cool dry area away from heat or wet areas.

How do I clean my earrings? If your earrings get lint or dirt on them, lightly clean the earrings off with Acetone.

Can the polymer earrings break? Yes, do not bend the earrings as they are handmade, delicate and can be damaged by bending or using any force of damage.

Can I wear my earrings in the pool or bath? Yes, But we recommend to take them out reasons, You risk the chance of losing them. Or if to long in the water could disform the earring or ( product ). Clearly your choice on how you care for your earrings is your choice.

Are the earrings light weight? Yes, the earrings are very light weight.

Are the earrings good for people with sensitive ears? All my earrings are safe to wear even for sensitive ears. However if you have a high sensitivity to metals I recommend to take them out every night to ensure to give your ears a break also a good idea to ensure your earrings to not break in your sleep.

Are your Earrings made in Canada? Yes, My earrings are handmade in Saskatchewan Canada.

How are your earrings made? All earrings are handmade using light weight polymer clay. each earring is timely hand crafted into a design, baked, sanded, drilled, washed and some glazed. Then assembled all by me.

Can I buy for others? Yes, all my handmade earrings make great gifts for your self or others. Birthdays, Weddings, Graduations, Mothers Day, Holidays and any other day.

My Products it lost or stolen what do I do? If you have given the wrong mailing address there is not much we can do to resend items or refund you in this situation. It is up to you to give us the correct mailing (shipping information) to reach your required destination of your purchase and our products. If stolen there is nothing we can do to help. Once the item has reached your destination, it is up to you to pick it up at your given location you provided and or have a safe place for it to be when dropped of from the Shipping provider. (Delivery person).

Do you offer Wholesale? At the moment I am not offering wholesale.

Can I return for refund or I just don't want them any more? We do not accept returns or exchanges on our earrings or products sold.

Why Does my earrings look different then that photo? Being handmade every piece is unique all though each may look similar there is always a slight difference in each piece made, either color, shape or design. Keep in mind when photos are taken color in photo may change do to lighting.
